Baseline terms for temporary installations; a signed event agreement controls.

Reservation and payment
Availability is not guaranteed until scope, dates, venue, logistics, and the rental agreement are confirmed. Rentals currently start at $1,000. Unless the signed agreement says otherwise, a 50% deposit reserves confirmed work and the balance is due before delivery or installation.
Insurance and venue
The customer may need to provide a certificate of insurance, venue approval, security, permits, power, rigging documentation, or other safeguards. ALLSPHYR may modify or decline an installation that cannot be completed safely.
Allocation, care, and damage
The rental window includes agreed transport, installation, event, strike, and return times. The customer must protect the work from unauthorized handling, weather, liquids, movement, loss, theft, and damage. Overtime, storage, additional labor, and replacement responsibility are governed by the signed agreement.
Cancellation
Cancellation, rescheduling, force majeure, and deposit treatment depend on lead time and committed costs and will be stated in the event-specific agreement, which controls.
