Availability covers transport, load-in, installation, the event, strike, and turnaround—not only guest-facing hours. Venue access, weather, power, rigging, insurance, security, and handling are reviewed before confirmation.
Rentals generally begin around $1,000 and require a signed rental agreement, confirmed insurance, and typically a 50% deposit, with the balance due before delivery or installation unless the agreement states otherwise.
The rental policy is the shared policy of Nathan Prohaska Arts LLC and covers reservation, insurance, care, and cancellation; a signed event agreement controls.
