How bespoke jewelry and sculpture variations move from inquiry through production.

Scope and approval
This policy covers customized jewelry, made-on-demand sculptures, material or finish variations, and other bespoke catalog work. Architectural and public-space commissions use a separate contract. An order is accepted only after scope, price, production estimate, delivery method, and approvals are confirmed in writing.
Payment
Custom catalog orders require 100% payment before production. Separately scoped architectural commissions may use milestone terms in their signed agreement.
Changes, timing, and cancellation
Post-approval changes may be declined or require a revised price and schedule. Timing begins after cleared payment and all specifications and approvals. Custom work is final sale once production begins, subject to damage, defect, delay, and non-waivable legal rights in the Returns policy.
