Shipping and delivery

Production timing

Every piece is made to order and is not shipped until the studio finishes it. Jewelry takes usually three to five weeks. Sculpture timing is confirmed in writing after payment. Every product page states the lead time for that piece. Processing time excludes transit.

Shipping cost and destinations

Insured, tracked shipping is added at checkout: $18 within the United States and $45 to the other 19 countries the checkout ships to (Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, Ireland, Germany, France, Netherlands, Belgium, Austria, Switzerland, Italy, Spain, Portugal, Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Finland and Japan). Import duties and taxes are the recipient's. The rate is shown at Stripe Checkout before payment and no shipping invoice follows.

Jewelry and other parcel-scale catalog pieces collect a ship-to address at Stripe Checkout, which accepts addresses in those 20 countries only. An address anywhere else is arranged by inquiry, and its delivery cost is quoted in writing before payment.

The carrier is chosen per destination when the label is bought, and the tracking email names it. Labels are purchased after production; a tracking email follows when the parcel ships. Insured art transport, crating, white-glove freight, installation, and related charges for larger work depend on the piece and destination and will be disclosed before acceptance. Large sculptures may require a separate logistics quote.

Estimates and delays

We provide a shipment or delivery estimate before accepting payment. If we cannot ship within the promised period, we will notify you, provide a revised date, and offer cancellation and refund rights required by law. If we cannot fulfill an order, we will cancel it and refund the unshipped merchandise and associated delivery charges.

Inspection and damage

Inspect the package and artwork promptly. Note visible freight damage before signing when possible, retain packaging, photograph the package and piece, and contact studio@theallsphyr.com within 48 hours. Prompt notice helps with carrier claims and does not reduce non-waivable rights.

Access and international orders

Customers must provide an accurate address and disclose stairs, elevators, loading restrictions, and installation conditions. International recipients are responsible for destination duties, taxes, brokerage, permits, and import requirements unless a written quote says otherwise.
