Who we are

ALLSPHYR is a studio brand operated by Nathan Prohaska Arts LLC, 31847 Pacific Coast Hwy, Malibu, CA 90265, offering artwork, jewelry, commissions, and event rentals. Information we collect

We may collect information you provide, including your name, contact details, shipping or billing details, project information, messages, order details, and marketing preferences. If you ask for an account, we email a one-time sign-in link to the address you give and keep that address, the name you save, the catalog orders placed with it, and any pieces you save. The sign-in is kept in this browser, not in a cookie. Payment providers process payment-card data; ALLSPHYR does not intend to store full card numbers.

Hosting, security, analytics, fraud-prevention, and communications providers may supply basic device, browser, IP address, referral, page-view, and security information.

How we use information

We use information to respond to inquiries; prepare quotes, proposals, commissions, rentals, and orders; process payment, production, delivery, and support; secure and improve the site; maintain records; and meet legal obligations. We send marketing only with the permission required for that channel.

How information is shared

We may share the minimum needed with providers supporting hosting, security, payments, email, messaging, analytics, shipping, fabrication, installation, insurance, accounting, and professional advice. We may disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or safety, or in a business reorganization. We do not sell personal information for money.

Cookies and similar technology

Essential technology may support security, forms, preferences, and checkout. Analytics or advertising technology will be activated only with notices and choices required by applicable law. Browser settings can limit cookies, but parts of the site may work differently.

The public site may use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts page views without cookies, without storing anything in the browser, and without identifying individual visitors.

Analytics and your choice

Cloudflare Web Analytics runs on every visit and needs no permission: it counts page views, sets no cookie, stores nothing in your browser, and identifies nobody.

Beyond that, and only if you accept when the site asks, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand which pieces are looked at and which orders complete. With your permission it sets its own cookies, records the pages you view, the pieces you open, add to an order, begin checkout for or buy, the order value and currency, an inquiry or studio-letter sign-up being sent, whether the studio-letter card was shown, closed, or could not take a sign-up, and the usual device, browser, approximate location and referral information. The address your visit comes from is shortened before it is stored, and Google acts as our service provider for this data. We do not use it for advertising, we run no advertising pixels, and advertising features are switched off.

If you decline, or if you have never been asked, Google Analytics is not loaded at all and no request is made to it. Your choice is kept in this browser under the name allsphyr:consent:v1 rather than in a cookie, so it is never sent to us with your requests. A browser sending a Global Privacy Control signal is treated as a decline unless you accept here yourself.

To change your mind at any time, select Privacy choices at the foot of any page and answer again; declining stops any further collection. Clearing this site’s data in your browser also clears the choice, and the site will ask once more.

Retention, security, and rights

We retain information only as reasonably needed for business, contractual, tax, dispute, and legal purposes and use reasonable safeguards. No system is completely secure.

You may unsubscribe from marketing email or reply STOP to marketing texts. Depending on location, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or disclosure information. Children, transfers, and changes

The site is not directed to children under 13. Information may be processed in the United States and locations where providers operate. We may update this policy as the site develops; the date shown identifies the current version.
